Lucy Molina started working in the event decor/design industry over 10 years ago.

She gained experience working alongside elite professionals in the design field. She has planned various types of events, including corporate and social events, weddings, fashion shows, galas, and award shows, of various sizes.

She taught event design at the college level for a time but for the past 7 years she has been an educator with premier wedding school in the US: The Institute of Wedding and Event Design LLC. She has dedicated her career to teaching and coaching, and helping bring up the next generations of design professionals.

Lucy is the Lead Instructor at IWED, crafted the curricula, and perfecting the school's signature hands-on program: the Accredited Event Designer workshop. Additionally, she plans and designs the school's LUXE Master Class -- a course focusing specifically on a luxury wedding reception design.
